Your balance is the record of all financial transactions between you and your organization: payments you have made and the cost of your flights. It is kept by the organization, not by FLYLOG.io; all payments go to your organization directly.

Where to See It

Mobile app: your balance is shown as soon as you log in, and in detail under Personal → Balance. Web app: in the top bar, and under Personal → Flights next to each landed flight.

A positive balance means you have paid more than your flights have cost so far, for example because you paid in advance or the last flight has not been calculated yet. A negative balance is what you still owe.

How It Works

Every landed flight is priced by your organization and the amount is deducted from your balance. Every payment you make is added by your organization once they receive it. Both are listed with date and amount, so you can check each flight against your balance at any time.

How and when you pay is up to your organization: some invoice monthly, some ask members to pay in advance, some settle after each flight. Follow the instructions of your organization; FLYLOG.io does not process payments.

If an amount looks wrong, contact your organization's Admin; they can correct the entry.
